Recent sale prices for bungalows in Singapore's poshest address Sentosa Cove have fallen to levels similar to those mass market condo on a per sq foot. The decline is almost 20% from the year before reflecting the slide in prices at luxury segment. Recorded sale in the first six months of this year went for an average of $1541 psf. A drop of 18.1 percent as compared to second half of last year.
Another segment also sees a slight drop in terms of psf is condo projects at Core Central Region. (CCR). Martin Modern is one such condo benefited from the luxury market upturn as the project have a good take up rate during their initial launch.
